The National Coalition of Civil Society for Peace and the Fight against the Proliferation of Small Arms (CONASCIPAL) is a NGO created in 1999 by more than twenty civil society organisations to work on social mediation and the promotion of peace and security in Mali. CONASCIPAL is a partner organization of the Stockholm Peace Research Institute.
