African novels at the ASCL

Interested in African novels? Take a look at the African literature collection of the African Studies Centre (ASC) in Leiden. This site lists African literature about a specific country in the library catalogue of the ASC. This unique collection of 10.000 titles includes novels, short stories, poetry and drama. Here are some examples of remarkable African novels available in the ASC library.

Every week an ASC acquisition list is published. In this way you can stay informed about new titles. The list not only includes novels but also (free) electronic documents, journal articles, books, films and radio programmes and abstracts, when available. For more information, see: http://www.ascleiden.nl/content/new-titles
